Serving is important step along your discipleship journey at TFBC. As we all have God-given gifts, we are called to use these gifts to serve our church for the glory of His kingdom. If you are unsure where your gifts may be best suited or have any questions feel free to reach out to us!
Quest Kids Volunteer
Quest Kids is an exciting and fun Gospel-centered environment for children from birth to 6th grade.Our mission is for every child to develop a personal relationship with Christ by loving God, loving others, and serving the world. Our main strategy is to make sure each child knows someone who knows Christ.
JHM + HSM Volunteer
JHM & HSM are the student ministries at TFBC for all junior high and high school students! We come together every Wednesday night to hang out, make friends, play games, and discuss our faith. It is a safe, down-to earth environment for students to experience authentic community and discipleship.
Welcome Home Team
Our passion for the Welcome Home Team is to to make our guest experience as warm and hospitable as possible, in the hope that people will encounter the love of God. From the smiling face at the door, to the hot cup of coffee and fresh pastries, the Welcome Home Team’s hope is for people to find a place that they can call home.
Small Group Leaders
TFBC Leaders create spaces throughout the week all over Tulare for people to grow in their walk with Jesus. Communities create an open door for deepening friendships and faith. Each week, communities gather together to discuss bible-based content, pray together, and build relationships.
Prayer Team
We have a dedicated group of individuals who pray each week over the needs of our church body and community on Wednesdays at noon. You can learn more information on our small groups page.
Worship & Media Team
The Worship & Media Team is responsible for all of the sound, media, and technical functions of Sunday mornings. This team uses music, media, video, and lighting to create pathways for discipleship and connection.

Thank you for your desire to serve with us at TFBC! Please follow the steps below as part of our volunteer onboarding process. We look forward to getting to know you more as we serve along with you.
Step Two
Complete the training videos sent to your email from your ministry director/leader. We will also be conducting a background check for the safety and well-being of our church family if you plan to serve with children or youth.
Step Three
Schedule a time to serve with us by contacting your ministry director/leader.

Let us know how serving went for you and how we can best serve you as you continue to serve our church!
